November starts with a great festival for all the theatre lovers out there. Bucharestians are given the chance these days to see Caragiale’s most beloved characters. This is not all…you’ll have some original film projections and good music on top of that. Yep, it sure does sound great!
No less than 5 of our biggest and most famous theaters (Comedy, Amena, Bulandra, Metropolis, Jewish) and some of our greatest directors joined forces to bring Caragiale’s tales of yesterday back into the spotlight.
The good old “Little Paris” atmosphere is brought back to life with some help from Bucharest Mayor Hood and Ion Creanga Theatre. So make sure to head to Izvor Park on 1-6 November for some truly remarkable plays. The theatre-tent will keep you warm enough during the show, while the actors will give you a taste of the bitter humor so specific to our great playwright.
Free entry, so save some good seats for us!
