Can we book a private tour?
Yes, all tours can be booked as private experiences. Please send us an email with your request and we will come back to you as soon as possible with an offer.
Do you organize teambuilding and corporate events?
Yes, for more information please check the corporate events section on the website and of course, don’t hesitate to email us with your request. We will come back as quickly as possible with a customized experience that will suit your needs.
Will the tour be cancelled in case of bad weather?
All our tours are held even if it rains/snows. In case of extreme weather, the tour could be cancelled (and the guest will receive a full refund) or postponed.
What should I wear on a walking tour?
We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes. Depending on the forecast and the season, it might be a good idea to bring with you: sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat, or if there’s a chance of rain, an umbrella, or a raincoat.
Do you organize tours in other languages than English?
All our tours are offered in English. Some experiences might be offered in Spanish or German as well. If you would like the tour to be held in other language than English, please email us to check if we can accommodate your request.
Do you offer the tours on a daily basis?
Yes, our tours can be organised Monday to Sunday, all year long. There might be some exceptions during the Easter/Christmas/New Year period, so if you plan a trip to Bucharest in those days, please email us before booking to check if we have a guide available for the tour you would like to join.
Are children allowed on your tours?
Children are welcomed on most of our tours. Although, please check the page of each tour and decide if the topic would be of interest for them and if the duration of the experience will suit their needs.
What is the maximum group size?
Our tours are meant for smaller groups, as our mission is to create a nice, entertaining and interactive experience for each of the participants. Therefore, the upper limit of participants/group is 12 people. If you are a bigger group, we recommend contacting us for a private tour.
